Frequently asked questions
What areas do you serve?
Metro Manila, Bulacan, and Pampanga. Locations outside Metro Manila have an additional ₱500 transportation fee.
What is the difference between cleaning and pulldown?
Regular cleaning is a basic wash of the unit in place. Pulldown is a deep cleaning where the unit is dismounted and fully disassembled for a thorough wash — best for units that are very dirty, smell bad, or leak water.
What is reprocess?
Reprocess (₱5,000 for split type) restores the refrigerant system: leak checking, vacuuming, and freon recharge. Checkup is already included; cleaning is a separate service.
How often should I clean my aircon?
Every 3–6 months for regular home use, or every 3 months if the unit runs daily or the area is dusty. Regular cleaning cools better, lowers your electric bill, and extends the unit's life.
My aircon is not cooling — what do I need?
It's usually a dirty unit or low freon. Message us a photo or describe the problem — cleaning may solve it, or we'll recommend a reprocess which already includes the checkup.
Do you install units I bought myself?
Yes! Labor-only installation for split type is ₱4,000 if your materials are complete, or full installation from ₱7,000 with the first 10 feet of copper tube included.
